Karman Eval (OPC) Private Limited aims to foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship among its employees. Recognising the potential for individuals to evolve into successful entrepreneurs, this policy outlines the framework for identifying, nurturing, and supporting employees on their entrepreneurial journey after a dedicated service period of 5 to 7 years with the company.

Eligibility Criteria:

Employees who have completed a minimum of 5 years of continuous service with Karman Eval (OPC) Private Limited are eligible to be considered for the Entrepreneurial Development Program. Eligible employees should demonstrate exceptional performance, leadership qualities, and a keen interest in pursuing entrepreneurial ventures.

Application Process:

Interested employees must submit an online application to join the Entrepreneurial Development Program. A designated committee will review applications, considering factors such as performance, commitment, and the viability of the proposed entrepreneurial venture. Shortlisted individuals will be assessed online and interviewed.

Entrepreneurial Training:

Selected employees will undergo specialised training programs tailored to enhance their entrepreneurial skills. The Bescope training curriculum may include workshops, mentorship sessions, and exposure to relevant industry insights. This training period will be conducted while the employee continues their current responsibilities.

Mentorship and Guidance:

Participants in the Entrepreneurial Development Program will be paired with experienced mentors within the company or external industry experts. These mentors will provide guidance, share insights, and assist in refining the aspiring entrepreneurs’ business plans.

Financial Support:

Karman Eval (OPC) Private Limited may consider providing financial support, in the form of seed funding or low-interest loans, to eligible employees to develop their entrepreneurial ventures. The amount and terms of financial aid will be determined case-by-case.

Transition Period:

Upon completing the training program, employees will be granted a transition period to focus on launching their entrepreneurial ventures. During this time, they may be given a leave of absence or a reduced workload, as agreed upon.

Reporting and Monitoring:

Entrepreneurs who have benefited from this program must provide periodic updates on their ventures’ progress. This reporting will help Karman Eval (OPC) Private Limited evaluate the success of the Entrepreneurial Development Program and make necessary adjustments for future iterations.

Confidentiality and Non-Compete Agreement:

Participants in the Entrepreneurial Development Program must sign a confidentiality and non-compete agreement to protect Karman Eval (OPC) Private Limited’s intellectual property and business interests.
